3. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to:

4. Product Sales

4.1. Availability and Quotations
All quotations are subject to equipment availability and are valid for 14 (fourteen) days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote does not guarantee stock unless expressly confirmed.

4.2. Transfer of Title
Ownership of equipment transfers to the Customer upon receipt of full payment.

4.3. Warranty on Products
New equipment is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Used or demo units may include a limited company-issued warranty as stated in the invoice or sales contract.

4.4. Limitation of Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring the equipment is used in accordance with its intended specifications and applicable laws and regulations.

5. Rental and Hire Services

5.1. Rental Period
The rental term begins upon delivery or pickup and ends on the agreed return date. Any extension must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees.

5.2. Responsibility and Liability
The Customer is fully responsible for the care, custody, and control of the rented equipment. Any loss, theft, or damage (excluding normal wear and tear) will be the Customer’s liability.

5.3. Return Condition
All rented or hired equipment must be returned in proper working condition. Equipment returned in damaged or non-functional state may incur repair or replacement costs.

6. Servicing, Calibration, and Repairs

6.1. Service Orders
All service requests must be accompanied by complete contact details, fault description, and official authorization.

6.2. Inspection and Estimates
A preliminary inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of equipment. Formal quotations will be issued for Customer approval prior to any chargeable work.

6.3. Repair Warranty
Repairs performed by our technicians are warranted for a period of 30 (thirty) days from completion, limited to the parts and labor provided.

6.4. Unclaimed Equipment
Equipment not collected within 60 (sixty) days after service completion may be subject to storage fees or disposed of at our discretion.

7. Trade-In and Buyback

We may, at our discretion, accept eligible used equipment in trade-in or buyback arrangements. All valuations are subject to physical inspection. Offers are final once accepted in writing.

8. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

8.1. Currency and Invoicing

9. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery schedules are estimates and not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure.

9.2. Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the equipment passes to the Customer upon dispatch from our warehouse or upon pickup by the Customer.

9.3. Claims and Inspection
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies or damages within 48 hours.

10. Returns and Refunds

10.1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unopened and undamaged goods within 7 (seven) days of delivery and require prior written approval.

10.2. Non-Returnable Items
Used, custom-ordered, calibrated, or serviced items are non-refundable unless proven defective upon delivery.

10.3. Restocking Fees
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value.
